Scope of Services

We provide pottery wheel throwing workshops and ceramic glazing classes in Wexford, specializing in beginner-level pottery education and weekend workshops. Our services include hands-on instruction in wheel throwing techniques, ceramic design, glazing methods, and kiln management. We offer both individual sessions and multi-day workshop programs designed for participants with little to no prior pottery experience. Our instructors provide professional guidance to help you develop foundational skills in this traditional ceramic art form.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of urbovault or its content providers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission. Pottery pieces created during our workshops remain the property of the participant who created them. However, we retain the right to photograph completed works for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitations of Liability

We strive to provide safe and high-quality instruction; however, pottery work involves inherent risks. Participants assume all risks associated with workshop participation, including but not limited to potential injuries from equipment, materials, or clay work. We are not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or other losses arising from workshop participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. You are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance coverage.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services and workshops at any time, with or without cause. Termination may occur if you violate these terms, engage in unsafe behavior, or fail to pay workshop fees. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Refunds will be issued according to our cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ireland. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Irish courts.
